Must Have skills:
• Core Java / J2EE
• XML
• JSP, Spring, Hibernate, Flex/ Action Script/ Blaze DS (Messaging), XML
• Web services
• JSTL/Tiles
• LDAP
• Databases: MS SQL, Oracle
• Application Server: JBoss
• OS: Unix/ Linux

Good To have skills
• Exposure to JBoss Drools (Rule Engine) and Quartz scheduler would be added advantage
• Having exposure in any workflow management and/or a document management system would be added advantage

Candidate using “Spring/Hibernate” skills in recent projects will be preffered.
