Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Attorney with a high volume Judicial foreclosure caseload and will work often in our vendor related software. Will draft Motions or Pleadings. Liaise with clients through various systems (Vendor Scape, LPS, or others). Oversight and responsibility of 200+ case files. Research for process information while following procedure. Communicate with attorneys, clients, third parties such as homeowners and outside counsel. Perform other duties as assigned from Management.

The candidate should have 2+ years of Office related experience in a busy Legal setting. File processing or experience working with attorneys is desired. Previous high volume Judicial foreclosure experience is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
