Real Estate Paralegal
Paralegal - Global Finance and Debt Products The candidate will assist attorneys with representation of Financial institutions regarding Commercial Real Estate transactions. A four-year college degree is required; Paralegal certificate is preferred. Should have 5+ years of previous work experience in Real Estate, title and loan transactions, and closing documents. Should have the ability or organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints in addition to the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail. The ability to proofread typed material for contextual, grammatical, typographical or spelling errors is also needed. May require irregular hours.
