Litigation Paralegal
Paralegal, Knowledge Management The candidate will be responsible for the capture and sharing of practice group precedent, best practice documents and case details. Will help develop and maintain standard document collections, practice group collaboration systems, transaction and litigation deal/case databases, and other knowledge Management systems. Four-year degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business or Paralegal studies or equivalent work experience required. Should have 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant. Should have strong familiarity with either litigation processes and/or with the Delivery of transactional Legal services in large law firm environments. Technical sophistication and working understanding of information system environments, web-based technologies, and content Management systems required. In depth understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel is required. Experience with HotDocs or other document assembly or analytic software required. Should have experience with document Management systems (e.g., DOCS Open or InterWoven/iManage), SharePoint, and content Management systems. Prior experience working in a professional service environment required. Should have strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
