Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have 3+ years of experience as an business Immigration Paralegal. Will work on H-1B, L, TN and other work visas, green card cases, Consulate visa issues, I-9 and other business immigration matters. Must have extensive experience dealing with clients. The ability to work independently and under time constraints is a must. A four-year college degree and/or a Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved law school is required.
