Litigation Paralegal
Litigation Paralegal Duties: Analyze and organize documents and data from materials produced during discovery; coordinate document Production; analyze and review of privileged documents. Prepare deposition and record subpoenas according to state and federal regulation; coordinate Production of documents and summarize records; prepare and respond to discovery requests; prepare deposition summaries. Trial preparation; preparation and Management of Trial exhibits and other Trial related presentations. Assist with preparation of federal and state Administrative filings. Conduct basic Lexis and Pacer research.
Requirements: High School degree and Paralegal certification required; College degree is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years litigation experience required, preferable in Employment Law. Proficiency in Summation, Lexis, and Windows environment, including Word, Outlook and Excel. Excellent written and oral Communications skills. Knowledge of Federal and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Flexibility with overtime as necessary is required for trials and time sensitive matters.
