REAL TIME ANALYST
* Monitor service levels per interval
* Communicate with local support team and clients through phone, email, chat
* Report/escalate issues real-time
* Steer issues towards resolution

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in any field
* Workforce management experience
* At least 1 year experience in the same position
* Willing to work in shifting schedules
* Willing to work in Quezon City
