Responsibilities
|
Working closely with the Consultancy team, you will be responsible in mapping the candidate universe and ensuring all relevant market information is updated on the data-base. This will include: names, jobs changes, structural changes and such information that is relevant to the businesses of applicants and clients. Research will be predominantly phone based research and the successful incumbent will spend considerable time speaking with people about latest moves, changes and trends within the industry. You might also be involved in on-line and other forms of research based work.
Specific to this role there will be: administrative duties, responsibilities for writing candidate and company profiles, coding candidate and company profiles, attending applicant meetings, writing advertising and reviewing the Aquis web-site. |
Qualifications

| You will be outgoing and self-motivated with exceptional networking and relationship building skills. Graduates with university from overseas and 1– 2 years of recruitment or in-house finance experience gained in financial institutions will be considered for this role. Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin will be a plus. |
