Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist in the preparation, documentation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications on behalf of corporate and individual clients. Duties include: preparing forms; Writing supporting argumentation, Drafting correspondence to agencies and clients, using Technology for document assembly and case Administration, and working closely with clients to gather and organize supporting data. Should have a Bachelor's degree in a field emphasizing Writing, communication, or persuasion. Excellent Writing and Editing skills are essential. Fluent written and spoken Spanish required.
