Intellectual Property Paralegal
Docket Paralegal The candidate will assist Intellectual Property attorneys and Staff with patent and trademark docketing, Intellectual Property transaction due diligence projects, and domestic and foreign patent application filing and prosecution tasks. Report directly to the supervising partners of patent and trademark groups for other Administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate must have good analytical skills; excellent Planning and organizing skills; a working knowledge of computer software, including PCT-EASY, Thomson IP Services' IP Manager application, and report-writing applications; initiative; good judgment; and ability to make reasoned decisions. Knowledge of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark procedural time periods and availability for occasional Travel to out-of-state offices to perform client file intake a must.
