Litigation Paralegal
Paralegal - Product Liability The candidate may support the asbestos practice, as well as other litigation involving the Aviation Industry and other corporate defendants. Must have a thorough knowledge of all phases of litigation, discovery, and Trial procedures and have demonstrated skills in document/information Management, including experience with automated litigation support software, i.e. Concordance and/or Relativity. Demonstrate problem solving skills, particularly related to different types of electronic files and media required. Should have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in Writing. Should be highly proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe Pro and Outlook. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience or equivalent. Experience with Aviation litigation preferred. B.A./B.S. or equivalent years of Legal experience required. Paralegal certificate preferred.
