Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of experience. Should have experience managing medium sized as well as larger, document-intensive cases involving Insurance, complex Commercial disputes, and catastrophic personal injury. Strong document Management skills, and experience reviewing and analyzing discovery materials and assisting attorneys in both state and federal court trials required. Should ideally be proficient in Summation, PACER, CourtTrax and Sanction.
