Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Oversees the General Administrative duties of the department. Handles payroll of hourly associates and assists in carrying out the human resource responsibilities of the accounts as directed. Job Responsibilities: Oversees General Administrative duties of the Office including, but not limited to: answering phones, Data Entry, filing, and providing excellent Customer Service Analyzes and organizes preparation of payrolls, personnel, information Management, and other Clerical services. Provides onsite human resource assistance. Drives compliance through appropriate record keeping of HR and payroll records. Assists in the recruiting of hourly associates. Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Reviews personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Prepares activities reports for guidance of Management. Job Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations Ability to multi-tasks and establish priorities Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives College degree or equivalent preferred. Must successfully complete department orientation and any pre/post employment testing. Proficient in the use of Windows based Office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Prior experience in the areas of payroll/HR/office Administration required.
