Our trainee program is vertical rather than horizontal. By learning the fundamentals of sales, you will be on the front line, learning what fuels a company, how business is done, relationships built and expansion funded. We believe that through sales, you will learn the life skills and the professional skills that will make you a great manager.
Upon completion of the program, the individual is appointed to a position that reflects both their desired career direction and the group needs. (To manage a new branch)

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engagement in face-to-face interactions and marketing in events/road shows
• To acquire customers, manage enquiries and provide post sales service
• To attend pre-arranged coaching and training sessions
• Pro-actively to build, train and manage a team of passionate sales personnel and involving in meetings and professional development at the same time.
• To be well-versed with product knowledge, marketing programs and promotions
• Responsible for driving revenue growth and assist in formulating sales strategies
• Meeting or exceeding sales activity target

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 5 full-time positions available.
• Candidate must possess at least a diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree, any field.; professional sales experience is an added advantage
• Results and customer-focused, and committed to learning, improvement and innovative
• Keen learner and willingness to accept challenges
• Driven, ambitious and result-oriented
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• An excellent individual with dynamic personality
• Possess the drive to build & manage a team, and willing to teach others the same training syllabus

• Enjoys travelling, high performers will be required to network locally and abroad
• Willing to work on outdoors
