Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position will provide Clerical and Administrative support to two sales executives. Duties to include: handling phones; coordinating Travel and making meeting arrangements. Additionally will assist with the preparation of Legal contracts, tracking sales progress and will work closely with local stations nationally, serving as a liaison between Traveling Sales representatives and Staff based in the home Office. Will also provide back up phone coverage for the President & sales EVP when necessary. Must be extremely organized and be able to multi task. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal and excellent attention to detail. Ability to work well with all levels of personnel and outside clients a must. BA in related field or previous relevant work experience.
