Responsibilities
|
POSITION SUMMARY:
The RT assesses the cardio-respiratory needs of the infant/child and in collaboration of the healthcare team develops a care plan. He/she provides diagnostic, therapeutic, educational and technical support in the diagnosis, treatment and management of children with cardio-respiratory compromise. |
Requirements
|
EXPERIENCE:
Pediatric, neonatal or other related experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Performance Improvement Process and international standards. |
Qualifications
|
EDUCATION:
Minimum: Diploma from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program,
Graduate or General Certificate from an Accredited College of Respiratory Therapists.
B.Sc. or equivalent preferred. |
