PROSTHETICS & ORTHOTICS candidates with atleast a BA deg, this is your opportunity to gain health experience abroad – SAUDI ARABIA- within a 400-bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Medical Centre. The Rehabilitation Hospital and Medical Centre opened 30th October 2002 to provide care to both inpatients and outpatients. Patients are provided with the highest quality of medical care by highly experienced physicians, therapists, nurses, and support staff. The facility covers more than 1,000,000 square meters, and is located just north of Riyadh in the Banban area. The aim is to be an internationally recognized centre of excellence in rehabilitation and related healthcare services. The Rehabilitation Hospital and Medical Centre has developed a structured, interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation, with consideration given to the specialized needs of patients and their disabilities.

CONTRACT PACKAGE:

Requirements

EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years’ plus experience as a Certified Prosthetist/ Orthotist preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Certified for Medical Prosthetics and Orthotics in point of hire.BLS training within 90 days of employment.Physical ability to lift, support, position and manually move fabrication equipment and to assist the patient with donning and doffing the prosthesis/orthotic device and to exercise patients.Pleasant and effective communication skills with patients, families, co-workers, etc.Clear, concise and timely documentation skills.Time management and prioritization skills to meet role demands.Patient treatment skills are progressive, functional and effective.

EDUCATION:
Minimum: BA degree in Prosthetics/Orthotics
