Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Public Transportation Account, Aeronautics Account, Local Airport Loan Account, Mass Transportation Revolving Account, and various proposition and bond funds. The incumbent provides direction statewide to various departmental organizations and coordinates with external agencies to ensure compliance with fiscal procedures. This includes directing the preparation of Financial statements and fiscal reports, ensuring budgetary/appropriation control, and overseeing payroll variance. Desired Qualifications: Able to work independently and with initiative, analytical, communicates effectively, team-oriented, and demonstrates leadership and supervisory skills.
