Sales and Marketing Manager-Export
|
Responsible for the marketing of finished products to international market. Determines and satisfies the buyers’ needs while maximizing profit. Establishes and maintains long term relationships with buyers and promotes a high quality image. Directly reports to the SAVP - Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities
|
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Develops long range and immediate marketing strategies based upon the capabilities of the Cannery, the current and future outlooks of the market, the long term growth and profit maximization goals of the company.
2. Ensures marketing of all finished products to international buyers with close coordination with production.
3. Establishes and maintains long term relationship with buyers.
4. Collects information of significance to the company concerning local, regional, and international events affecting the business environment. Analyzes and interprets marketing records and reports;
5. Oversees the operations of the Export department. |
Requirements
|
| At least 5 years experinece in managing a marketing program shelf stable products, preferably canned tuna items. |
Qualifications
|
Must be a college graduate or with related educational preparations.
At least 5 years experience in managing a marketing program for shelf stable products, preferably canned tuna items.
Not more than 45 years old.
Has extensive experience in specific field of expertise.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be Physically Fit to work.
Willing to be assigned in Papua New Guinea. |
