<strong>Biomedical Engineer</strong>

 

Roles and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Install and service various medical devices such as patient monitors, electrocardiographs, fetal monitors, defibrillators, anesthesia machines, suction machines, operating tables, surgical lights and other similar types of equipment.</li>
<li>Repairs, calibrate and maintain medical devices using tools, testers and measuring devices</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of manufacturers' manuals and troubleshooting techniques.</li>
<li>Maintain and execute preventive maintenance schedules.</li>
<li>Responsible and accountable for demo unit inventory and regular maintenance.</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations to end users to explain the operations as well as product benefits of medical devices carried by the company.</li>
<li>Conduct training for service and maintenance to other engineers.</li>
<li>May be required to respond outside of normal office hours in case of emergencies.</li>
<li>May be required to travel outside of NCR to conduct duties.</li>
<li>May be required to travel abroad to obtain product training.</li>
</ul>
 

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Biomedical) or equivalent.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.</li>
<li>Reasonable English skills (written and verbal).</li>
<li>Reasonable computer skills.</li>
<li>Must be a team player, could coordinate well with both the admin and sales team.</li>
<li>Must be highly organized and be able to prioritize well.</li>
<li>Must be able to work independently or with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Must be dedicated and self motivated.</li>
