Envestnet has a client that is searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant in San Francisco, California (CA).Duties Include:
Support senior-level executives and investment bankers
Arrange travel services and meetings for Executives
Support a team of heavy traveling investment bankers; work closely with other assistants on the team to provide seamless back-up coverage
5+ years of administrative experience with at least 2+ years of experience supporting Senior Staff
Heavy calendaring and expenses (Concur) experience
Proficient in word processing
