Head Chef / Production Manager

We are looking for a Head Chef to join our meal delivery company located in Botany NSW 2019.

Our team is culturally diverse, young and capable.

We require a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role:

-Extensive and broad food knowledge.
-Experience with Eastern and Western Cuisines
-Outstanding attention to detail.
-Excellent organisational skills for ordering and stock control
-Ability to handle high pressure situations whilst maintaining the high standards of food delivery
-Hands on position with excellent knife skills in order to maintain a prep intensive menu
-Excellent food handling, safety and hygiene
-Process driven
-Experience with Keto & Plant based menus highly preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

Food Safety
Management of a dedicated kitchen team of 8.
Food ordering and stock control
Staff training
Maintenance and creation of food menus
Ensuring food stays at a consistently high level
Upgrading processes and systems
