You will be part of IT team whose primary job is to support company for 24 hours, troubleshooting different kind of technical problems. This position require that you work in different shifts and weekends based on schedule.
You will work in multinational team, so fluency in English is mandatory. You will work from your home.
This position primary job is to provide technical support to company employees including agents, managing incidents/tickets and change orders. Provide support on specific company software, Webphones / Softphones, Mail clients etc.
Other tasks and duties:
Monitor server infrastructure, maintaining technical documentation and working under defined IT procedures / daily tasks.
As you will work from home personal computer is required.
You will also need good & stable Internet connection.
2+ years’ experience in providing customer support / help desk team - taking phone calls, technical troubleshooting, etc.
2+ years’ experience in Windows7/10 OS, MS Office support and application support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English language
Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work on several tasks at once with interruptions
Must be both a team player and willing to work independently
Required following skills:
Advanced knowledge in Windows OS Win7/10 troubleshooting
Remote support (TeamViewer)
Basic knowledge on VoIP technology
Basic Networking Knowledge
Basic knowledge on Web phones/Softphones/IP phones
Big plus will be given for additional skills:
- Vicidial – Webphone/Softphone system
- Linux (CentOS) server administration
- Zimbra mail server
- Knowledge on OpenVPN
- Bash Scripting
