The Office Screener is responsible for ensuring an effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening process and result. This position will report directly to Production Manager
- Conduct screening verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing resources and databases
- Phone conversations with university and company representatives
- Phone interviews with references
- Interviewing resources on pretext to gather deeper information
- Analysis of information obtained
- Depth of media search analysis
- Writing comprehensive reports
- High level of integrity
- Minimum Diploma degree
- Some work experience in a related field or as a call center operator or in HR especially as Recruiter but fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Persuasive communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Willing to be based in Bangkok (Sukhumvit, Wattana)
