The Pastry Chefs create all manner of baked goods (biscuits, cookies, etc.) ensuring that all orders are fulfilled and maintain superior quality of all the Bakery’s pastries.
- Preparing all baked goods orders received at the standard specifications and quality
- Attainment of production targets
- Continued improvement and maintenance of product quality
- Ability to work in a team

- Must be neat, presentable, dedicated, disciplined and passionate about pastry making
- Possessing a willingness and keenness to learn
Qualifications and Experience:
- Verifiable experience and ability to bake various pastries e.g Cookies and biscuits.
- Must be holder of a Diploma or Certificate in Catering and Hotel Management or any related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position at a busy Food company
