Our client, specialising in Healthcare Services, is seeking to recruit a Receptionist on a full-time basis.
Greeting customers courteously, professionally and efficiently, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are met at all times
Greeting visitors in a professional and courteous way, ensuring the visitors' book and the person's identity is checked as far as reasonably practical.
Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly
Complete reception-related administration, maintaining databases and providing administrative assistance as required to the Management team
Manage and process post for departments ensuring accurate records are maintained.
1+ years experience in a reception/office would be considered an asset
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Knowledge of Maltese would be an asset.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Meticulous with a keen eye for details
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills
