A day in the life
You’ll have some time on your own to start the day to work without any distractions. In the afternoon, everyone comes to the office to collaborate.
You’ll be working with clients across many industries. We often take on their “Chief HR Officer” role and you’ll take the lead. Together with our engineers, data scientists and designers, you’ll help the clients to build their employment branding, devise and execute recruitment strategy.
As the primary user and veteran in the field, you’ll run a crucial role in developing technologies that set us and our clients apart from other recruiters! You will also be teaching everyone in the team how to do recruitment!
Thus, you will be the key person in creating a great brand and candidaite experience for our clients and great technologies that can make recruitment more efficient to disrupt the recruitment market.
What you’ll need
- A positive attitude and good cultural fit with our team.
- Strong background in recruitment with expertise in both client and candidate relationship management. Prior experience in RPO or in-house is a plus.
- Super passionate about technologies and product development: you will be an important part in our product design, development and strategy!
- Good mentorship skill: you’ll be teaching software engineers, designers, data scientists, and junior recruiters to do recruitment!
- Fluency in English - you’re going to be in an international and global team.
