RPA Consultant

Nair Systems is currently looking for RPA Consultant for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Experience : 2-3years

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the financial services or investment management industry.

Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in developing and implementing process automation solutions using RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks within specified timelines.

Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Proficiency in Power Automate, including the ability to design and build workflows, connectors, and custom actions.

Experience in developing user interfaces with a focus on user experience and utilizing Power Apps.

Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Excellent programming skills with knowledge of relevant programming languages and frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes for automation.

Design, develop, and implement process automation solutions using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies.

Utilize project management skills to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects.

Conduct business analysis to identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.

Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and connectors to integrate systems and automate tasks.

Create user-friendly and intuitive user interfaces using UX design principles and Power Apps.

Leverage Power BI to analyse and visualize data for process monitoring, reporting, and decision-making purposes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, software developers, and quality assurance testers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of automation solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders during the development and implementation phases.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

The selected candidates shall join Nair Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.
