We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

 

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit company's sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan at an international level.

• Participate in recruiting, objectives setting for sales representatives

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team based overseas.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Manager/Sales in Real estate, Banking, Wealth equities or any other related field in targeting HNI client in Sri Lanka, India, China & other countries, with a demonstrated record of success

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Extremely strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong knowledge of real estate & international market

• Customer Realtionship

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently to meet expected deadlines and
