Salary: 120,000 + (HMO & Pension)
Job Description: We are looking for vastly experienced secretaries for our client, a Fintech company with branches in some states in Nigeria. Successful candidates would be in charge of the day to day running of the office administrations with a high level of professionalism.
- Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
- Develop and implement office procedures
- Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
- Compose letters, memos and emails
- Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying of financial information and taking regular backups
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Relevant educational qualifications and work experience
- Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
- Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
