Technical Lead- Dyeing & Finishing (Knit Fabric)

Responsibilities:

Issue new dyeing process for the new product, revise dyeing process to improve performance (dyeing temperature, color quality, fastness,…).

Analysis data & find out the root cause of the problem to improve product color quality, product quality, and RFT (Lab to Bulk, Project to Bulk, Bulk to Bulk)at the first time to reduce waste, costs, customer complain (by pivot table).

Maintain quality of work within the department and ensure that written procedures and instructions are followed.

Manage the laboratory and develop and standardize recipes for all shades to dye the material to the required specifications.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Wet Processing/Textile Technology or equivalent.

Experience:

At least 12 to 18 years of experience in Dyeing processes

Skills Requirement:

Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets and inventory control.

Ability to train and motivate staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
